Speaker Profile:

An engineer with work experience of over 34 years spanning sales, marketing, corporate planning and strategy, alliances, and general management. Mr. Kalro started his career with BPL limited and worked there for seven years. Joined TTK Prestige in 1993 as product manager and moved up quickly to general manager marketing in two and half years. He was the youngest General Manager in the history of the group.

Currently the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Kalro has played a key role in moving the company from a south based, south focused company in just Pressure cookers to becoming India’s largest and most profitable Kitchen appliance company. The journey of the company has been from a turnover of 113 crores in 2003 to 2100 crores today. The company has been rated as India’s most innovative, most trusted in the industry.

The Prestige brand today is extremely vibrant and has been awarded Superbrand status for the last twelve years in a row.
