How to exhibit at HGH India 2018?

HGH India 2018 offers several options for exhibiting. Details of these options and their prices are provided in the Exhibitor Brochure (In Exhibitors Tab/Menu). Exhibitors are expected to maintain high standards of booth design and present only their innovations and new range as HGH India is a high quality trade show with presence of leading international and Indian brands and attracts high quality, professional trade buyers.
In order to finalise your participation, please follow these steps:

    1. Fill Exhibitor Request Form online without missing any mandatory fields.
    2. You will instantly receive acknowledgement by e-mail from HGH India Service Team.
    3. Eligible Exhibitors will receive an email with a link to fill Online Exhibitor Contract Form along with your Products Details & Company Profile
    4. Kindly fill the Exhibitor Contract Form received via email. The details will also include uploading of Company Logo, Brand Logos & your Company profile.
    5. Our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours if there is any incomplete information or missing details in Exhibitor Contract Form and help you finalise your participation.
    6. Once your Exhibitor Contract Form is approved, you will receive an email with payment details and a link to download the Exhibitor Contract Form in PDF format. Kindly sent the signed and stamped Exhibitor Contract Form along with payment to us.
    7. On receipt of the signed and stamped Exhibitor Contract Form along with payment, we will send you an email confirmation with a link to download your Confirmation Advice confirming your participation.
    8. After confirmation, you will receive Login credentials for HGH India 2018 official website to avail the various exhibitor services. You will also find useful information like Exhibitor list, Exhibitor Manual, Empaneled booth designers and other service providers, special hotel rates, travel services, etc.


 

Important Information for Exhibitors:
  1. If the first 50% payment is not received by us within 7 days of submission of Exhibitor Contract Form, this contract will automatically become invalid and your participation will be cancelled.
  2. Once we receive Exhibitor Contract Form, you will receive our Confirmation Advise confirming your participation. Kindly contact us if you do not receive the same.
